Each
client has their own specific requirements and therefore GX Environmental will tailor
the service provided to the needs of their customers, whether it be a fixed
price support contract which have defined preventative maintenance visits
per year or be it a token based support contract, where the client purchases tokens that can then be used during the 12 month contract period to call on he services that they have identified as being of most interest.
Any surplus tokens at the end of a period can then be used to purchase upgrades; additional services or a percentage can be carried over to the following years contract.The token system gives the control of the maintenance contract back to you the client allowing you to decide where and when to use our services.
